Shai's Wedding on the Labor Day. #_#

Shairini wedding ... *woooweee... no more a girl. haha. It was a very formal wedding dinner. the last one i attend such dinner was 3 years ago, no. last year, one of my dads' many cousins. as usual, we have to wait for the Doa' and speeches.
Shais' wedding was attended by the YDP Agong itself and his wife, also, the hot and always pretty 'now married to a Dato' Normala Shamsudin. Ariived at 8pm, met some friends at the lobby first. Saw Beeza(shai's younger sister), and she looked pretty with that long 'kebaya'. and then went inside the ballroom, waiting for the VIP entrance by the king. (Shai's father plays golf with him btw ;p). Dosh is not there yet, i m buzing him like a mad cow wanting to get him on the line. after 5 calls, it was the girlfriend pick it up and i straight away pass it to my dear friend, Aniza. I was a little upset, that why i passed it to her. so they talked for 15mins arranging how would they come in if they're late.
anyways, dinner starts, and it was good ^_^. Shai father sang 2 songs, which i cant recall the title, and then it was her sisters and brothers turn to sing. which i dont know what they were singing but it sounded hillarious! haha. it was a good fun.
came up with a flash presentation abt them, kinda cute presentation. enjoyed it. eventhough it was too long and it hurts my eyes. the screen was too bright. The family gave away 'Wajik' <-- if thats how u spell it. some traditional malay delicacy, a small piece of fruit cake inside the Sheraton box, and instead of giving the real egg (bunga telur), they gave marble egg. In the father speech, he mentioned the reason of having such egg, so that we would keep it and remember the occasion. Beautiful !
After all is done, we chat a bit at the table, Shai was too busy handling the guests, and i left early, ard 11pm. cannot tahan already. sleepy.
oh yeah, dosh came to Sheraton, but Sheraton Imperial in KL. the wedding was at Sheraton Subang! Duh !!! he came, and arrived ard 1125, which of course i have left already. ape da!
i forgot to bring my digital camera, so i used camera phone instead :( ... felt so handicaped. didnt even take pictures wth the wedding couple. *sigh...
So Shai... congrats again, and i want to see my 'niece' quick !!! ^_^
